The Race For Grace

Mark your calendar to run or walk in the 26th annual Race for Grace on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Starting time is 8:00 a.m. at Calvary Presbyterian Church, 7th and Spencer, near downtown, Logansport, IN.


Entry forms can be picked up at Calvary Presbyterian Church or downloaded here.  The registration fee prior to midnight June 28th is $15.00. Registration after June 28th or on the day of the race is $20.00.

Specially designed T-shirts will be guaranteed if you pre-register by June 16th. A limited supply will be available race day. Pick up your T-shirt and bib number (computer chip will be embedded in the bib) in Bigler Lobby from 6:30-7:45am on race day, July 8th. Race day registration will be from 6:30-7:45 a.m. on the table in front of the wooden doors of the church.  This year we have decided to start online registrations. We encourage you to use our easy online registration before June 18th. Please register at 

Following the race, participants are welcome to enjoy refreshments available in the air-conditioned comfort of Bigler Hall. Refreshments will include fruit and home-made cookies baked by the Logansport Great Banquet Community.

Other Information

  • The race will again be chip-timed by T & H Timing to ensure accuracy of results for all participants.
  • Traffic control at all major intersections will be provided.
  • The awards ceremony will be held in Bigler Hall, which is air conditioned. There will be drawings for many door prizes donated by Logansport area businesses. There will also be a $100 cash drawing. You must be present to win!!
  • We are most grateful to Calvary and our major sponsors without whose generous financial support the Race for Grace would not be possible.


The awards ceremony will follow the Race in the church’s Bigler Hall. Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female runners and walkers, and to the top two male and female finishers in the other age categories both runners and walkers.

Logansport Great Banquet

The goal of the event is to raise funds to assist in the activities of the Logansport Great Banquet. The Great Banquet is an orderly, structured 72-hour weekend designed to strengthen and renew the faith of Christians and contribute to the renewal of the church.

The Great Banquet begins on a Thursday evening and ends on a Sunday evening. For three days, guests live and study together in a worshipful time of singing, prayer, and discussion. Great Banquet weekends are scheduled at Calvary Presbyterian Church. Click here for more information.
