Rev. Douglas M. Mankell

Rev. Doug Mankell has served as pastor at Calvary since 1993. He is involved with a number of organizations in the community, including Logansport Rotary Club, Corporate Challenge, and the director for the Race for Grace 5/K run walk. Doug is a graduate of Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. His previous pastorates have been in St. Louis, Missouri, New Windsor, Illinois, and Wahoo, Nebraska. Doug and his wife, DeAnn, have two daughters who live in St. Louis and in Colorado Springs. They also have three grandchildren, Luke, Jayna and Isaac..., who live in St. Louis.

Rev. Jessica Wietzke

The Rev. Jessica Wietzke has been the Associate Pastor since January of 2010. She is a native of Iowa. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Central College, Pella, IA. and a Master of Divinity Degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, New Jersey. She is passionate about young people, teaching, and preaching. Having traveled around the world, she appreciates the diversity of Christianity. A key scripture passage for her is Romans 12:2: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God - what is good and acceptable and perfect" (NRSV) or "Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what God wants from you & quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you" (The Message).

Margaret Mote

Financial Secretary

Margaret (Margie) Mote has been employed as Calvary's part time financial secretary since 2007. She also served in the same position from 1997-2000. A graduate of Logansport High School, Margie has an accounting degree from IVY Tech and an Associate of Arts and Science degree from Indiana University Kokomo. She lives in Walton and is an active member of Walton Christian Church. Her hobbies are caring for houseplants and reading. A place she would like to visit is Paris!

Roxanne Galbreath

Church Secretary

Roxanne Galbreath is a native of Logansport, she has an Associate's Degree from Ivy Tech Community College in Information Data Management. She is involved in our community in various ways over the past years. She has participated in activities of the following organizations: The Vineyard Church, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way, Pioneer & Fairview PTO, Logansport Light Up Christmas Parade, and Ivy Tech Alumni.

Her hobbies are photography, reading, and a Notre Dame Football Fanatic.

Carolyn Cassidy

Organist

Carolyn Cassidy has been Calvary's organist since 1975. A member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, she was born in Galveston, Texas. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Minnesota and a Master of Music degree from Boston University. In addition to her position at Calvary, she is a private music teacher and a free lance musician.

Andra Blume

Organist
Choir Director

Andra Blume has been Calvary's Chancel Choir director since 1983. A native of Dwight, Illinois, she has a Bachelor of Music degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. In addition to her position at Calvary, she is a first grade teacher at Pioneer Elementary School in Royal Center.

Dave Holland

Custodian

Dave Holland has been Calvary's full time custodian since 2004. A native of Peru, Indiana and a graduate of Peru High School, he worked in construction for 40 years prior to becoming part of Calvary's staff. Dave is a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and currently serves on the Session. He is passionate about Purdue University. As a season ticket holder, he attends Purdue's home basketball and football games.

Lisa Ervin

Nursery Attendant

Lisa Ervin is Calvary's Sunday morning nursery attendant. She is a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and lives in Logansport. She enjoys Italian food. A place she would like to visit is the Mall of America!

Jennifer True

Celebration Choir Director

Youth Director

Jennifer True has been Calvary's Celebration Choir director since September of 2008. She was born in Elyria, Ohio and is also employed at Landis Elementary School as a noon aide. She is a graduate of Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio and was heavily involved in musical activities while in school. Her father has been pastor of the Port Clinton Church of God in Ohio for 31 years.
