Coenraad F.J. Brand IV

Pastor and Head Of Staff

Coenraad F.J. Brand IV, a native of South Africa, grew up in a Christian home and attended the Dutch Reformed Church as a child. Even though Coenraad could articulate the gospel at an early age, he realized his deep need for Christ at age 15. Though Coenraad had traumatic experiences in his childhood, his relationship with Christ kept the hope alive in him.

Malissa Lowe

Administrative Assistant

Malissa Lowe has served as Calvary’s secretary since December 2013. A native of Kokomo, Indiana and a graduate of Kokomo High School, she brings with her years of experience in the accounting/administrative area. Malissa and her husband Todd have two children and live in Galveston, IN. They are members of Anoka United Methodist Church.

Carolyn Cassidy

Organist

Carolyn Cassidy has been Calvary's organist since 1975. A member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, she was born in Galveston, Texas. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Minnesota and a Master of Music degree from Boston University. In addition to her position at Calvary, she is a private music teacher and a free lance musician.

Rose Wagner

Nursery Attendant

Rose Wagner is Calvary's Sunday morning nursery attendant. She is a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and lives in Logansport.

Ned Boyd

Musical Coordinator
Ned Boyd

Ned Boyd comes from a Presbyterian background. His parents both sang in the choir at the First Presbyterian Church in Ashville, North Carolina. This is where Ned attended Sunday School, completed confirmation class, and participated in music programs (Youth Choir, Hand bell Choir, and musical productions). Ned’s current position is Director of Bands in the Logansport School Corporation. It is an understatement to say that Ned Boyd is a versatile and accomplished musician!

Sarah Overway

Celebration Choir Director

Sara has been a member of Calvary since 2010. She grew up in Flora, Indiana and graduated from Carroll Jr/Sr High School. During high school she was a member of the high school choir and swing choir. She has been involved with many different youth groups in Flora. She most recently served as the coordinator of the Carroll County Mini 4-H program where she held that position for 22 years. Sara has always had a love working with kids.

Dave Holland

Custodian

Dave Holland has been Calvary's full time custodian since 2004. A native of Peru, Indiana and a graduate of Peru High School, he worked in construction for 40 years prior to becoming part of Calvary's staff. Dave is a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church. He is passionate about Purdue University. As a season ticket holder, he attends Purdue's home basketball and football games.
